What Not to Wear?
A couple of weeks ago Mom and I went through our closets and did our own version of "What Not To Wear," or more like "what do we not wear?" We started with a very full, un-organized closet (1st picture), got rid of more than double of what you see in the 2nd picture (I believe that we ended up taking 7+ garbage bags of clothes and other stuff to Goodwill) and finished with the very clean and organized closet of pictures 3-5. It was a process of 3 or so hours but we were very happy with it when we were finished! I know that there is still much to be done in our house but we have to start with one project at a time and where better to start then with what you use the most?

Full Moon
I don't generally notice the moon but one in awhile it just shouts out to be looked at, last night was one of those times I had this magnificent moon guiding me home. What a thing to look for as you come around the corners!

(These pictures don't really do it justice...I'm still learning how to use my Mom's camera :D)

A-Capella Amazingness
Someone shared this on facebook and I thought that it was pretty cool, I wish that I had this musical talent to do this (it's all the same guy if you can't tell) and the video talent to edit sweet movies like this.
The medley of Michael Jackson songs is awesome, very well arranged.
I really like this song and enjoyed hearing it a capella.

Wonderful Response
I read a blog called The Big Picture, it picture documents different things that are happening around the world and today it was sharing pictures of the 2009 Sumatra earthquakes that happened last week.
When I finish looking at the pictures I always take the time to read some of the comments and I saw someone say "If "there" is a God...where is him now?" This is not the person to say that and they won't be the last, but it still hurts me to hear that but I loved the response that someone gave to them, they said....
"As long as we live on planet earth, we are subjected to all the things this eath has to offer...pain, death, life and suffering...all the bad, as well as all the wonderful things. This world is not our home."
What a wonderful response, not a confrontational response or a strict religious one, just straight forward. It left me with a better feeling in my heart.

Happy Fall/October

Yeah, it's the first day of October! I am sooooo excited, I absolutely LOVE October, because it signifies the beginning of Fall (my favorite season), my Birthday (ahh I'm turning 21 this year) and Halloween (as I write I have many different ideas running through my head of how to dress up for Halloween as we are allowed to wear costumes to work!) What a glorious day! I'm sorry for those in Utah who had snow, I hope that you don't skip over the fall- the greatest season of the year.
Fun!
I love seeing people having fun like this, how awesome would it have been to be at their wedding and actually be surprised with this? We need to remember that there are times to be serious but we also don't need to bog down our life with seriousness. Go out and have some fun!
