Leah's Birthday Celebration

Leah's 21st Birthday (ahhh) was on the 13th of May, she was going to be out of town so we decided to have the celebration a little early. Leah decided that she wanted Red Robin for dinner, so when she was done with school we picked up Amanda (Leah's old roommate and friend) and headed over there, Brea met us there. We had some super delicious/yummy food and then Leah, Amanda, and I headed back to my place where Leah started her laundry (I wish that I had taken a picture of it, she brought a basket and 4 garbage sacks full of dirty clothes to wash). Krystle also stopped by for awhile and had some cupcakes with us (which I found out later that Leah had stollen? one while I was taking a nap) before leaving to go Salsa dancing with some friends.

Krystle with her super cute hair and Leah, the artist/birthday girl!

So I was a little jealous of Krystle going Salsa dancing later (she had asked if we wanted to go but Leah said no..she had too much laundry to do :D) so I did my own version of salsa dancing!

"Oh NO" Brea's finger is poking Leah in the eye! (and this is how you know that we are too good of friends :D)

Another "Leah" face

Brea's yummy drink...raspberry lemonade I think?

We try to get pictures from all angles, but some don't come out so good :D

Leah and Amanda, you know that when Leah takes the camera you are bound to get some funny pictures.

Leah, the BIRTHDAY GIRL!

Brea and I were on the other side of the table.

We told our waitor that it was Leah's birthday and asked if they did anything special, he told us that he might be able to arrange something and brought her out this amazing chocolate ice cream cake, there was so much...we all had some and we still didn't finish it all.

Leah and Amanda again, I say that this picture is a lot better (that would be because I took it, of course :D)

I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

After not having internet for 7 stinkin' days! we finally do again and I can get started on catching up on my life, sadly this was one part that I missed the most while not having internet, not being able to blog. Don't worry though, in the next few days I will have much to blog about.

Gel Toes

Sarah and I decided that we wanted to go to Dallas Roberts and get something done, originally we had planned on getting scalp treatments (which if you have never done..DEFINITELY SHOULD!), but Sarah had her extensions in so she didn't really want to have anything done with her hair, but when I told her that they do glitter/gel toes she got really excited and decided that, that was what we were going to do. She got gold glitter and I got a strawberry-red glitter, super cute..and of course it was made so much more fun because Leah and Brea did them for us!

*Note...these are going to be backwards because I am too lazy to move them all around :D*
The end result of our beautiful toes!
white flip flop: Brea,
grey flip flop: Sarah,
white shoe: Leah (Brea did Leah's toes)
black flip flop: ME!

Leah stole me camera and decided to take my picture.

Leah gets a little silly sometimes (like this picture), she decided to model the glitter that we used and then my completed toe.

I was looking at something and Leah was like "Beth I'm modeling for you!"

After she noticed that I was taking her picture she had to do a nice one where she was just smiling.

When she first noticed that I was taking pictures.

Pretty Sarah

My toes are being embossed, haha!

Jessica hung out with us while she was waiting for a friend to come.

Brea and Sarah

I am not sure if Brea was being funny or she wasn't happy with me taking the picture, who knows.

Libbey and Erick's 30th Bash

Jacob loves the happy birthday song, he was singing it all weekend long. Sunday night Libbey had lit all of these candles and Jacob wanted to blow them out, we sang happy birthday and then he blew them out. :D

Sunday afternoon Libbey, Jacob and I were outside when we looked up and saw two beautiful rainbows, I tried to take some good pictures of them. One of them was really cool because it went red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, green, blue, purple- it was almost like there were two rainbows over laying each other.

The birthday cake (carrot from Costco, what else would you expect with the Chuy familia?)

A cute picture of Libbey (where she knew I was taking the picture :D)

Kyle.."I will stare into your eyes.."

I believe current Bishop and his wife with the last Bishop of Libbey and Erick's ward.

Katrina found a bone in her meat and needed a little help from Aunt Sallee.

Ben digging in on the yummy food (it was so delicious, I can't wait till they make more!)

The "Mathews" table.

Libbey was awesome and made Italian sodas for everyone the whole time...strawberry was my favorite!

We were all excited because Becky was in town and she stopped by, so we got to see her and we all got to finally meet Aubrey!

There were many people there with kids and several of them noticed that their children were disappearing, with a little investigation we found them all in Jacob's room with Sonia.

This past month both Libbey and Erick turned 30! and so they decided to have a huge bash, it was so much fun with tons of yummy of food. Before the party began we were worried about rain but by the time the party started it was clear skies and it was gorgeous, so many people came to celebrate. Sadly I didn't get any pictures of the dancing after the dinner, my camera died :(

SMILE

These last two days I have had the opportunity to attend Woman's Conference (there will be several posts about it as soon as I get home and have time to write about it) with Sonia, today in one of the sessions that we went to they played this little clip of President Hinckley, I think that it shows him perfectly- I probably watched it several times over and couldn't stop smiling every time.
