My roommate Candace likes to say that she can't cook, but then on Sunday she does things like make Chicken Cordon Bleu, it looked delicious and if I hadn't already had dinner plans I would have most definitely stolen some :D
College students don't seem to have meat cleavers so we had to make due with the rolling pin...Janet was the best chicken pounder while I salt and peppered the chicken and then Candace put the ham and cheese on it, rolled it up and then I put a toothpick in it.
I haven't had chicken cordon bleu since I was eating in the cafeteria at Ricks my freshman year. That was such a treat. I never even thought of trying to make it.
